• Vehicle CAN bus telemetry data, including engine RPM, vehicle speed, boost pressure, coolant and oil temperatures, intake air temperature, transmission fluid temperature, tire pressure (TPMS), fuel level, and other sensor readings
• Vehicle selection preference (make, model, year)
• Unit system preference (metric or imperial)
• Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device identifiers used for pairing with your N-Link device

• Vehicle telemetry data is received via a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connection between your mobile device and an N-Link hardware device installed in your vehicle
• User preferences and settings are stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard storage mechanisms (e.g., SharedPreferences / UserDefaults)

All data collected by KDMLink is stored exclusively on your device. No data is transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party.

KDMLink does not use any analytics services, crash reporting SDKs, or remote telemetry of any kind.

• Personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number
• Location or GPS data
• Account credentials or login information
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID, or similar)

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer any data to any third party. KDMLink does not integrate any third-party SDKs or services that collect user data.

• KDMLink uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with the N-Link hardware device installed in your vehicle
• Bluetooth is used solely for receiving vehicle telemetry data from the N-Link device
• Background Bluetooth usage is enabled to maintain the connection while driving, ensuring uninterrupted data monitoring
• No Bluetooth data is transmitted to any external server

All data persists only on your device for as long as the app is installed.

Uninstalling KDMLink will permanently remove all locally stored data, including vehicle telemetry, preferences, and saved device identifiers.

KDMLink is not directed at or intended for use by children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe a child has used this app, please contact us and we will address your concerns.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
